1. Overview At True Shine Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be granted for our pressure-washing services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:- Services were not completed as agreed in the service description.- There was verifiable damage caused directly by our work.- A cancellation was made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:- Dissatisfaction with results due to pre-existing damage, stains, or wear beyond our control.- Failure to provide access to the property or necessary utilities on the scheduled service date.- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time (unless otherwise agreed).
4. Partial Refunds or Adjustments In some cases, a partial refund, credit, or re-service may be offered at our discretion to resolve customer concerns.

6. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
