4. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing access to the work area, ensuring pets and valuables are secured, and notifying us of any special considerations (e.g., delicate surfaces, pre-existing damage).
6. Liability True Shine Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation of materials, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations after service. Liability for any proven damage is limited to the cost of the service provided.
